The City of Welland, in partnership with Niagara College, is hosting the third annual Welland Girls Sports Day on Saturday, June 7, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Empire Sportsplex. Open to girls from 6 to 12 years old, this is a fun and free event to introduce a variety of sports to young girls from accomplished local female athletes and coaches.

Volunteers will be needed from 8 am to 3pm for set-up and tear-down!

Volunteers are needed for a variety of roles! ( See registration for descriptions for each role)

Set-up and tear down
Nutrition providers
Parking Attendants
Activity Leads
Registration
Floaters and more

A virtual training session will be provided closer to the date as well as a training on the day of.
