Class Description:
Interested in lifting weights, but aren't sure where to begin? This is the class for you! Our instructor will teach you how to lift weights safely, ensuring that your form is correct and that you have the opportunity to use various equipment such as dumbbells, TRX, kettlebells and machines. You'll be amazed at how much more confident and comfortable you feel, once you LEARN to Lift!

Who Should Participate:
For beginners or those looking to build foundational skills and knowledge.

Introduction to foundational movements and fitness concepts. These classes focus on education, building confidence, and ensuring proper technique, setting the groundwork for future growth.
