Class Description:
DROM is a wellness practice that blends rhythm and mindfulness to help reduce stress, improve focus, and boost overall well-being. Through simple drumming movements and guided meditation, you’ll connect with your body, clear your mind, and leave feeling balanced and refreshed. It’s an accessible, engaging way to support your mental health and recharge during a busy semester.
Who Should Participate:
These classes are for people of all experience levels and abilities who want to feel better physically and mentally, through movement! The exercises in these classes are designed to be challenging AND enjoyable. Adaptations, modifications or alternative movements will always be presented to participants as needed or desired.

Participating in Athletics and Recreation activities involves the risk of injury. The use of equipment, facilities, and premise of Niagara College by persons participating in Athletics and Recreation activities shall constitute acceptance of that risk regardless of the nature of the injury.
The College, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained or suffered from persons participating in Athletics and recreation on or off the Niagara College property, whether caused directly or indirectly by conditions that may be
aggravated by participation in this event. [Examples: epilepsy, heart conditions, joint problems, poor physical fitness, etc.]
