Get the best of both worlds in our Strength & Cardio class! This high-energy workout combines strength training with heart-pumping cardio intervals for a total body transformation. Build lean muscle, boost endurance to improve cardiovascular health. Whether you're looking to increase power, endurance or build muscle, this class will leave you feeling stronger and more energized.
Who Should Participate:
These classes are for people of all experience levels and abilities who want to feel better physically and mentally, through movement! The exercises in these classes are designed to be challenging AND enjoyable. Adaptations, modifications or alternative movements will always be presented to participants as needed or desired.
Participating in Athletics and Recreation activities involves the risk of injury. The use of equipment, facilities, and premise of Niagara College by persons participating in Athletics and Recreation activities shall constitute acceptance of that risk regardless of the nature of the injury.
The College, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained or suffered from persons participating in Athletics and recreation on or off the Niagara College property, whether caused directly or indirectly by conditions that may be
