Mission
LEAD is a co-curricular program designed to offer students from any academic area the opportunity to explore and develop leadership skills, within three key areas: personal development, career readiness and community engagement.

Membership Benefits
The LEAD program will develop their leadership skills while enhancing the career-focused, hands-on training they receive within their program of study. Successful students will earn a Certificate of Leadership via their CCR through participation in the program.

There are a range of leadership experience and opportunities available both in-person and online including workshops, guest speakers, and conferences. This program offers you a fantastic opportunity to gain a competitive edge, valuable leadership skills and experiences to develop your resume and portfolio – making the most of your #myNCstory
