Join NC Sustainability, Indigenous Education and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion on Thursday April 9th in the Armoury at the Niagara-on-the-lake campus from 5:30 - 8:00 pm for a discussion centering on Indigenous Climate Justice with Serena Mendizabal.

Serena is Cayuga from Six Nations and is the managing director of Sacred Earth, an Indigenous women-led organization focused on solarizing communities across Turtle Island. Alongside her work at Sacred Earth, she is a land defender and strong advocate for Indigenous led solutions to the climate crisis and standing up for Indigenous rights.

Free food will be provided at 5:30 and the event will begin at 6:00pm sharp. Seating is limited, please register to ensure you have a spot.
