About Us

Niagara College Therapeutic Recreation Activity Collective (nc-TRAC) is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of students and the broader community through dynamic, evidence-based recreation and leisure activities. We strive to create experiences that support the social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and spiritual health of our participants. By fostering connections and promoting holistic wellness, nc-TRAC aims to enrich the lives of all individuals involved, including students, staff, and community members.

Students who connect with nc-TRAC can participate in a wide range of scheduled and drop-in recreation and leisure activities across both the Welland and Daniel J. Patterson campuses. Additionally, students have access to the Snoezelen Multi-sensory rooms located at the Welland Campus in M102, providing a unique space for relaxation and sensory exploration.
