Interested in Joining a Regular Intramural League?

Don't miss out our registration deadline! You can either form your own team or sign up as a free agent and join others.

The league follows a round-robin format, where every team faces each other, where the top teams will advance to the playoffs at the end of the season!

Both students and staff are welcome to participate. To enter the gym, you'll need your Niagara College ID and appropriate athletic attire.

The Department of Athletics & Recreation offers a wide range of recreational activities throughout the year, available to both students and staff at Niagara College. Enjoy access to our facilities during the day, whether you're on the NOTL or Welland campus.

With everyone’s schedule being different, our drop-in sessions range from 1.5 to 2 hours—perfect for taking a break between classes or work.

No registration is needed for drop-ins. Just bring your Niagara College ID and wear proper gym attire to use the facilities.
