Rather than weekly sessions, our model focuses on:
-
Quality programming
-
Skill-building intentional check-ins, so you can make real progress on your own schedule.
How It Works
Step 1: Book Your Initial Assessment
-
Start by booking your Initial Assessment through our MS Booking link.
Step 2: Assessment & Personalized Planning
During your assessment, you’ll work one-on-one with our Fitness Coordinator to:
-
Review your goals, training history, and lifestyle
-
Complete a movement assessment
-
Identify strengths, limitations, and areas for improvement.
-
Using this information, you’ll receive a personalized Workout Program tailored specifically to you.
Step 3: Program Review & Coaching Session: Once your program is ready, you’ll book a 1-on-1 session to:
-
Learn how to perform each exercise safely and effectively
-
Understand how to follow and progress your program
-
Ask questions and build confidence in your training
-
This session ensures you leave knowing exactly what to do in the gym.
Step 4: Follow-Up Coaching Sessions ( Every 3-Weeks) : After your 1-on-1 program review, follow-up sessions are available every 3 weeks.
-
Book follow up session via our MS booking page
This allows you time to practice your workouts, build confidence, and return with meaningful questions.
-
Get answers to questions that come up as you train
This approach gives you time to apply what you’ve learned while still receiving professional guidance along the way.
